【Information Regarding Point Award】

Points will be awarded for purchases made on Semon from January 9, 2026, when the point system was launched.

Unfortunately, purchases made before that date are not eligible for points.

We appreciate your understanding.

At Frö, you earn points with every purchase,
which can be used for your next purchase.

"Do I need to log in?"
"I haven't created a 'My Page,' is that okay?"

If you're wondering about these things, just follow the steps below.

① Open My Page

1. Tap the ≡ (menu) icon in the upper right corner of the site.
2. Tap "My page" at the bottom of the screen.

② Log in

After tapping "My page," the login screen will appear.

Logging in is easy.

1. Choose either "Log in with shop" or "Send email."

※ If you chose "Send email",
enter the received 6-digit code and submit.

Login is now complete.

※ There is no need to create a new account.
※ If you have purchased from semonapartment before, you can log in directly.

How to check your points

After logging in, tap "Profile" on your My Page.


On the profile screen, you will see:

・Your current point balance
・Point expiration date

will be displayed.

Semonapartment points have no expiration date and can be used at any time.


How to use points

1. Add products to your cart and proceed to the cart screen.

2. Check the "use points" field at the bottom of the screen.

3. Enter the number of points you want to use and tap use points.

4. Confirm that the amount has been reflected and proceed to checkout.

※ You cannot use more points than you currently have.

・Current point → Current Points
・Points expected to be earned → Points to be Earned

Q. When will points be awarded?
A. Points will be awarded after the product has been shipped.
