  Orders over ¥11,000 (tax incl.) → Free shipping

  Orders under ¥11,000 (tax incl.) → Flat rate ¥680

Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
Shipping may be delayed during high-order periods or due to processing logistics.

2｜If an Item Becomes Out of Stock

If no response is received by the deadline regarding an out-of-stock notice and shipping proceeds automatically with the available items only, due to system integration, the shipping notification email may still include the out-of-stock item.

Please understand in advance.
We will notify you by email once shipping is complete.

4｜Returns & Exchanges

  ・Customer-initiated returns/exchanges (※ except Frøm members)

  ・Items that have been used or washed

  ・Items beyond 7 days from delivery

You earn points with every purchase at Frö.

  ・Regular members: 1P per ¥100

  ・Frøm members: 2P per ¥100 (double points)

Points have no expiration date and can be used per 1P on any purchase.
